I’ve been measuring my laptop usage over the past 6 months, and only one of those was I under Sprint’s data cap of 5GB/month. (I don’t download movies, or music, I have no P2P torrents – in fact don’t even use have any torrent apps – etc. I’m not a gamer, I rarely IM. What I do do is put my photos on Flickr, the occasional short video on YouTube, and administer or moderate a number of sites.

If just by doing that I exceed Sprint’s new limits on unlimited, there is sadly no way I can use one of these nice little units. :o(

(Waiting for Sprint’s “4G” services to come to my area (might be long wait even though we are already covered by ClearWire and Sprint on separate services) and hoping the cost and limits allow for real world use.)

For now I’ll just to continue to use my wired cable service (with dial-up back-up) and the WiFi at Starbucks and such.
