Devices are becoming more high tech. It used to be high tech meant blackberry and WM. now even a slider texting device will have Android OS so it can really be considered high tech.
ATT has issues with their data users and 4G is the next big thing. If a company is not ahead of the curve to ride the wave of change, they will drown. IBM with the PC (drown), WalMart with retail (surfing). We are more connected than ever which means data usage. If the wireless network can’t handle a lot more data traffic, the carrier will lose out in churn.
