The port-in credit always was a limited time offer. It was extended several times (see above), but all good things come to an end. I’m sad that we won’t have the new customers that you were bringing to us, but I’m afraid that there’s nothing we can do.

I realize this is an old post, but I hope you do read and reply to this. I currently have a single line SERO Premium plan and have been working with 4 family members (3 line family plan on US Cellular & 1 line AT&T plan) to get a 5 line share plan on Sprint; the Everything Plus Data 1600 minute plan. Over the past month I have had various chat sessions with customer support agents trying to get all the details together to then share with my family members in hopes they will see the benefit of Sprint and join a share plan with me. Just when I all my family members on board, I called Sprint to make the change and found out my chat session from 9/16 where I was told there was a $125 port in credit with purchase of a smart-phone is no longer valid. Without these port in credits, none of my family members want to make the change. One of them was going to use the money to pay ETFs from their old carriers. I now understand the credit promotion ended 10/1/11, I just wish the agent from 9/16/11 chat session would have told me that. Is there anyway I can still get these credits. I was really hoping to bring these 4 additional family members to sprint on a share plan and it just wont happen without the port in credits. It is too costly for them. Thank you.
